If you are looking for the ultimate untouched get away, you found it.
This beautiful Eco Resort lies on 8.098 acres with 338 feet of oceanfront. The property is approximately 1 mile north of Punta Negra in the Toledo District of Belize. Structures include a 4 bedroom 2 bath house, a 2 unit cabana and large dock. Utilities are onsite, all off grid and eco friendly.
Constructed from Belizean hardwoods the 4 bedroom house and two self-catering studio cabanas were designed to blend into the environment. Both units run off clean solar energy, use a rain water collection system and are equipped with on-demand water heaters.
The studios and 4 bedroom house are fully furnished and kitchens are equipped with everything needed. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, full bathroom with hot and cold running water, table and chairs and an outdoor seating/hammock area on the deck. Large windows on all sides, multi-speed ceiling fans and insulated roofs maximize the natural ocean breezes to keep the units cool.
The village of Punta Negra (population 20) lies 1.25 miles south. You can walk for 5 miles north along the beach and encounter nothing man-made or 7 miles south and pass only a handful of houses. If walking is not your style there are 2 ocean kayaks.
If the idea of a cocktail on the dock or from your hammock under the palms without other tourists around appeals to you then you will love Sabal Beach.
The property backs up to Payne’s Creek National Park and fronts Port Honduras Marine Reserve. It is a nature lover’s paradise and is suitable for a private residence, vacation rental or small resort. Sabal Beach is the only licensed hotel in the area and has been successfully operating since 2011. Plans exist for expanding rentals if buyer is interested.
Access is strictly by appointment only as Guest privacy is paramount.
