Warm welcome from Belize in Central America. I was born in Rhodesia too many years ago to admit. I moved onto South Africa where I spent a good number of years. My property journey started off in Auctioneering in 1988 doing valuations on properties to be auctioned. The natural progression was to migrate to being a Realtor. I owned my own company for 10 odd years and eventually joined RE/MAX in Cape Town, Table View and was there for 12 years. Great company, great work ethic. I am proud to say that I have been awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2014, and again here in Belize in 2023,  Life Time achievement, Diamond Club and two time recipient of the Chairman’s Club once back in 2013 and again in 2022. I am also a qualified C.R.S Agent. My distaste for winter made me decide to look  to Belize, well that and many other factors like, English speaking, ex British colony, relatively easy immigration, untainted food, and glorious people. The beauty of this place is mind boggling, both on land, be it jungle or savanna and in the ocean. ( You know of course that we have the second biggest coral reef in the world) and the largest living barrier reef (or so we boast).
