16 Years ago my husband and I sailed into Placencia from working around the world including 10 years in the Eastern Caribbean, and we Immediately Found HOME.  Belize, and in particular Placencia Peninsula ticked every box we’d searched the globe for.  Within a month we bought our first of 5 properties; and have run the gamut of renovating/building/selling/renting out 10 short & long term units while also managing the operations for sailing resort and raising our family.  We’ve continued to Re-Invest in Belize, and are confident this is a safe and profitable choice for most people and their portfolios.
