News travels fast in Belize, so from my words to your eyes….here is what I’m grateful for.

Over the last year, many changes have happened in my business and personal life, and I want you to hear it all from the source….me! I live, work & play in Placencia and San Pedro, spending my time equally between both areas. As the Broker/Owner of both the Placencia & Hopkins RE/MAX 1^st Choice offices, my goal has always been to service YOU, our clients.

While I wish I could be hands-on with every person, it is simply not viable. I’ve challenged myself to build the VERY BEST REAL ESTATE TEAM for the business and take a little time each week to enjoy some much-needed family time. We’re happy to welcome Hatem & Michelle as part of my Kafka Dream Team.

Building a team allows me to be hands-on when needed and maintain our excellent service by having extra boots on the ground to take great care of our clients. This gives me time to pursue other investment projects and charitable community programs.

At the same time, as the BROKER/OWNER of RE/MAX 1^st Choice Belize, we have independent Real Estate Agents that we train and mentor to take good care of all our amazing clients.
