Background and Education: Patty Stevens was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and pursued a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Her early career was marked by significant roles in the hospitality industry, where she excelled as a Front Office Manager and in Sales, Catering, and Event Planning. She also completed management training with prestigious companies like Stouffer’s and Marriott Hotels.

Professional Journey: Patty's mid-career saw her transition into the telecommunications industry, serving as a Customer Service Representative for Ameritech/SBC and later as a Customer Service Manager in the Cellular Division. She further honed her skills as a Telecom Consultant for a major energy company and managed Telecom/High Speed Cross Connect Systems.

In recent years, Patty diversified her expertise into insurance sales and real estate, serving as an Assistant Escrow Manager for a RE/MAX broker in California. She also played a pivotal role as a Facilities Manager for a solar power company, overseeing utility-scale power projects. Her administrative acumen was further demonstrated in her role as Office Administrator/Manager for various construction companies within the solar power industry.

Life in Belize: Patty moved to Belize with the intention of retiring, but her passion for real estate and community engagement has kept her active. She has been happily married for 23 years and, along with her husband Tom, embraces the vibrant lifestyle of Hopkins Village. They share their home with three large, spoiled fur babies. Tom is an avid scuba diver and they enjoy gardening in their free time.

Community Involvement: Patty is a dedicated member of the Hopkins Village community and was an active member of the Hopkins Rotary upon her arrival. She continues to contribute actively to the community, bringing her diverse background and wealth of experience to her role as a real estate agent at RE/MAX 1st Choice Belize.
