As a Canadian CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant), I first experienced the allure of Belize back in 2013.  My wife Kathi and I quickly purchased property with RE/MAX 1stChoice and set course for the long-term goal of retiring in the sunny Caribbean.

Fast forward and we are incredibly happy for our decision, the friends that we have made here and the incredible people of Belize.  We wouldn’t change a thing. Taking my experience as a professional accountant and mortgage broker in Canada, I joined RE/MAX 1st Choice back in 2019.  I was blessed to have success with the incredible team at RE/MAX 1st Choice, both in assisting many clients purchasing property and also those looking to sell.  I am proud to say that all of the people I have represented have become my friends over time and continue to be today. 

Whether getting together for events on Sundays or meeting up at Jaguar Lanes for Wing Night Thursday, we have found ways to constantly interact, socialize and introduce other new folks to Belize at the same time.  The Ex-Pat community is vibrant and inviting and it is my pleasure to help new residents quickly get introduced and familiar with people to meet and things to do in the area.

My unique skill set as a CPA gives me a different perspective than your typical realtor.  I have also built five homes in the Placencia area, marketing and selling each one.  I am currently in the development stages of another in the Naia Resort Community. I am invested in Belize and happy to help any potential buyers purchase and develop or those looking to sell.
