L4060 - Escape to the Beach and Jungle

A while back I had some lots on this stretch of coast line and I was over - subscibed. There fore I am sure there is someone else out there that wants off grid living in a picture perfect environment.

Wildlife abounds, as Paynes Creek National park is right next door to this property and for the most part, Toledo ( Rum country by the way) is undisturbed by man. You wont find much in the way of human interference down here so you coud be free to just sit idle, or catch many of the pelagic fish that scoot past off shore. 

Civilization is not far away if you actually needed some company with Punta Negra Village and a little further out Monkey River. Punta Gorda and Placencia Village a short 35 to 40 minute boat ride away. Honduras Marine park is just on your door step as well, what more could you want?

Do a Robinson Crusoe just with Solar and water retriculation and have the whole peninsula to your self.
